In our initial session, we will explore your specific concerns and what is bringing you to therapy, and determine whether we are a strong fit to work together. From there, we will collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and integrates into your daily life in a practical, sustainable way.

Rates:
- Average Session Fee: $185 self-pay / accepting some insurances
- Average Group Session Fee: $60
Insurance:
- I accept the following insurances in-network: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Shield insurances in the states I am licensed in, as well as Kaiser in Colorado only
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval from my primary care physician required?
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or cancel within 48 hours, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $135 no-show or late cancellation fee.
